Expert Roof Cleaning Soft Wash Specialist

Here at Steve's Professional Cleaning Services, I only offer Soft Wash services for roof cleans for the number one reason is soft washing will not damage your roof or void any warranty your roof may have protecting your asset for many years to come.

1. From the start of the process I use a gutter edge protector called the Ladders little helper, this fits into the roof gutter preventing the ladder from sliding from side to side marking the paint/powder coat also prevents the ladder from crushing the gutter ensuring a stable point of access.
2. The next step upon ascending the ladder, the camera will record my first contact with the roof detailing any potential areas that may need further attention.
3. Roadside gutter access points will be boomed/dammed and sump pump placed in dammed/boomed sections to collect and pump waste water away from stormwater complying with EPA regulations.
4. Sections of the roof are sprayed with a non-hazardous biodegradable low Sodium hypochlorite solution, allowed to dwell and rinsed off. Repeat until roof is clean.
5. External gutters are sprayed off with a ultra low non-hazardous biodegradable Sodium hypochlorite solution and rinsed off, any debris from roof is cleaned away.
6. All Colour Bond roof cleans are withing accordance of Blue Scope Steel article 27 at<2% Sodium hypochlorite solution and less than 400PSI (Most pressure cleaning starts at around 1000PSI with the average over 3000PSI)
7. Whenever possible I also strive to use temporary roof anchors that do not effect your home or business after I leave, they just keep me safe while I work.
