My window cleaning method

Why should you chose me to clean your windows

With over 27 year experience at all types of window cleaning in all platforms from high rise mid commercial to residential basically anywhere you see glass I have cleaned it.

Here are some of the things that make me stand out from other window cleaners:

1. I start on the inside ALWAYS, I firstly place a large bath towel in front of the working area to ensure any drips are not on your floor.
2. I lift out the sliding window and place on towel and remove the screen(if not fixed**) and place outside the window.
3. I brush the track with a track brush and use a track cleaning vacuum to vacuum out dust, bugs, pet hair and any other debris that may be in the track.
4. I re-install the sliding window wipe down all frames and scrub up the glass with glass safe scrubbers
5. I squeegee off the glass, detail any water left behind and wipe out the tracks.
6. Continue until all internal window are cleaned then proceed outside.
7. Once outside I will set up my soft wash hoses and mix up the required solution to clean the screens and prewash the external windows and frames.
8. I ensure all items not to be wet are away from areas that will be washed and begin washing the external windows, frames and screens.
9. After a few minutes dwell time I will start rinsing the windows, frames and screens.
10. I will now clean the external windows in most cases I will use pure water to clean the windows as it does a perfect job and leaves the glass cleaner for longer.
11. I will now go back to every internal window, lift out the sliding window, place on the bath towel and re-install the screen, wipe any water in the tracks and ensure the window are streak, spot and smear free.
12. Job Complete!
